Cheryl McDaniel is a licensed real estate professional who listens, understands, and cares about your retirement dreams.

Cheryl is a Michigan native, she was born in Ypsilanti and grew up on Portage Lake, Pinckney. Because of her love for outdoor activities, she finds Florida to be the perfect place to work and play!

Her real estate career began in 1990, selling new homes for a large national home builder out west. She joined The Villages sales team in 2001, and witnessed central Florida transform into an amazing place to retire, a place to be actively involved. The Villages active adult community concept for retirees’ exceeds expectations.

In 2012 – 2016, Cheryl and her husband went to Papua New Guinea as missionaries. During that time, Cheryl used her gifts of hospitality and encouragement to co-manage a Regional Center on Buka Island and a Missionary Guest Home in the Capital City of Port Moresby. Her take away from serving was the importance of relationships. The missionaries, pastors and national guest were blessed by a well-trained and courteous staff, home cooked meals and comfortable clean accommodations and many new friends were made during this time.

Returning to The Villages, Cheryl was invited to rejoin the sales team. The nurturing environment of The Villages is the perfect place for her to develop special relationships and assist visitors to become neighbors and friends.
