Charlee is not only a Native Floridian, she grew up right here in Central Florida! She spent the majority of her time in Lake County and watched The Villages develop and grow into what it is today. She is a proud mother of three wonderful children, two of which attend The Villages Charter School. Charlee was raised by her grandparents who instilled the traditional values of a great work ethic, honesty, and respect.

Prior to joining The Properties of the Villages, Charlee worked in the financial industry serving The Villages Community. In that endeavor she was able to assist community residents in a variety of ways including account management, establishing and rebuilding credit, and originating loans. Charlee set a goal to become a Licensed Real Estate Professional and obtained that goal. The decision to join The Properties of The Villages was an easy one as she desired to maintain her relationships and interactions with the unique residents of The Villages and wanted to join a company that valued the community and its employees.

Perfectly tailored for Florida weather, Charlee is an outdoor enthusiast. She spends her spare time with her family and you can often find them engaging in a fun activity like being on the water, dancing on the square, or their favorite of all; four wheeling! Her family enjoys contributing to the community as well and together they have joined in causes giving back and helped on several Habitat for Humanity Projects.
