Carol is a proud native of Indiana, having spent her childhood and later raising her own family in that state. She graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in communications. Although she initially considered a career in radio/television production, she soon discovered her true passion was in real estate.

With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Carol is prepared to expertly guide you through your real estate transactions. Her professional journey began in central Indiana, where she started her career before moving to southwest Florida, where she successfully sold homes for over two decades and was consistently a top producer.

After experiencing Hurricane Ian in southwest Florida, Carol decided it was time for a change. Her sister had already settled in The Villages, inspiring Carol to spend her weekends visiting the area. She quickly fell in love with the community and chose to move here herself. Ready for a new adventure, Carol transitioned her real estate career to The Villages, offering attentive and honest guidance to her clients throughout every step of the process.

When Carol is not assisting clients in finding their dream homes, she enjoys spending quality time with her close-knit family and many friends. Her favorite activities include cardio drumming, tai chi, pool time and long rides in the golf car. Carol’s welcoming smile and friendly demeanor make everyone she meets feel as though they have known her for a lifetime.
