With roots in the Midwest, Carla was born and raised in Indiana, where she began her career in both the airline industry and real estate. These early experiences helped shape her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping people navigate important life transitions.

Carla later relocated to Florida with her twins, Ashtyn and Hayden, when they were five years old. They attended The Villages Charter School, and watching them grow within the community and create their own paths has been one of her greatest joys. Today, Ashtyn is pursuing her passion for education and will be teaching at The Villages Charter School for the 2026 – 2027 school year, while Hayden has built a successful career as an electrician and entrepreneur, operating his ATV business near Brooksville, Florida.

Having experienced relocation firsthand, Carla understands that finding a home is more than just a transaction, it’s about discovering where your next chapter will begin and where life truly happens. She approaches every client relationship with care, insight, and dedication. Whether buying or selling, she is committed to guiding clients every step of the way, backed by 14 years of real estate experience having served clients across two states.

Outside of real estate, Carla enjoys making the most of everything Florida has to offer; traveling, spending time at the beach, boating, camping, attending live music events, and staying active through softball, kickball, and fitness classes at Genesis Health Club. She also values quality time with family and friends and enjoys attending live sporting events whenever possible.
