Bryce is a Florida native, born in Highlands County and raised in Gainesville. He spent his college days in Virginia before moving to California where he met and married his wife. They have three beautiful kids together and are happy to be raising them here in The Villages. They enjoy all the activities that are offered in the area, especially trips to the farmers market and dancing on the square.

Bryce spent most of his young professional life in the restaurant industry where he worked for almost ten years. While in California, he gained restaurant experience that would prove beneficial to his next career step. In 2016, he moved back to Florida where he used this expertise to help his parents successfully operate two restaurants. He started as General Manager at their first location, where they placed 12th out of over 500 locations in annual sales growth under his leadership. In 2019, he opened their second restaurant in The Villages. He attended corporate training in Charleston, South Carolina, and was responsible for hiring and training the entire staff. This environment is where he developed his service minded attitude and love for hospitality.

For Bryce, time not spent working or spent with family is spent on the golf course. Bryce has enjoyed picking the game back up from where he left off around fourteen years ago and enjoys the personal growth it can bring. He is excited for his new opportunity with Properties of The Villages and looks forward to helping future residents find their dream home.
