Brian Etheredge has been an integral part of Properties of The Villages since 2017 when he embarked on his journey as a Sales Representative. Born and raised in Leesburg, Florida, Brian’s roots are firmly planted in The Villages community. His educational foundation was built right here at The Villages Charter Schools, where he learned The Villages core values of Stewardship, Hospitality, Hard work, Creativity, and Innovation.

After high school, Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). Following graduation, he relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, where he accepted a role at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. His Finance background has been an advantage in navigating unexpected financial issues affecting the home-buying process. Because Brian’s true calling was rooted in a deep desire to serve others, when the opportunity arose to join The Villages, he leaped at the chance and has never looked back.

Throughout his tenure at The Villages, Brian has been recognized as one of the top performing sales representatives. In recognition of his outstanding performance and unwavering commitment to serving others, The Villages named a street in his honor, “Brian Etheredge Way,” located in The Village of Moultrie Creek. Brian remains deeply humbled by this achievement.

Not only is Brian a dedicated resident and homeowner in The Village of DeLuna, he has also proven to be a local authority on the real estate market and all matters related to The Villages. His dedication is boundless as he consistently goes beyond the call of duty to fulfill his clients’ needs.

Brian is the youngest of four siblings, and his father, Dr. Etheredge, established Etheredge Chiropractic in The Villages in 1990, offering care and support to countless Villages residents over the years.

Outside of the office Brian prides himself on his active lifestyle. He’s an avid athlete and a sports enthusiast. His favorite teams are the Florida Gators, Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Atlanta Braves. His hobbies include golf, wakesurfing, snowboarding, hiking, and tackling home improvement projects. Brian shares his home with Burly, his loyal black lab, who loves cruising around The Villages on their golf cart!
