Brenda and husband Brian fell in love with The Villages on their lifestyle visit and purchased their retirement home as soon as they saw it, even though both were several years from retirement, with the intention of renting it out. In an effort to get here sooner rather than later Brenda joined Properties of The Villages to live and work in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown just months after closing and now calls The Villages home.

Leaving their 7 grown children and 6 grandchildren in Houston was a difficult decision but the family agreed that since they now live in a premier location with endless entertainment and activity options that is also conveniently near beaches, theme parks, airports, sport and concert venues, this is the perfect spot for family reunions and vacations for the kids.

Brenda spent her professional life in the relationship building business, first as a premier relationship banker, then she transitioned to the optical industry where she continued her passion by working with customers, as well as leading teams of stores and associates whom she trained and modeled how to build customer relationships to truly know them, to understand their lifestyle as well their wants and needs, to truly meet their eyewear needs as well as build strong long term relationships rather than transactional thinking.

Brenda believes everyone deserves the right to live their dreams, explore their passions, and make great friendships along the way.
