Brandon is a native Floridian born and raised in nearby Ocala and is the only son and oldest of three. His mother Tracy is also a native Floridian, who grew up in the Ocala area, and his father Michael is from upstate New York and was raised in Massena. Brandon has two wonderful younger sisters, two beautiful nieces, and an awesome nephew.

In his younger years, Brandon was tasked with maintaining his family’s multi-acre property as well as some of the surrounding areas, which caused him to learn how to drive and operate small machinery at a young age. Sports were also a founding part of Brandon’s childhood, which taught him many valuable life lessons. After high school Brandon pursued his passion of service and hospitality by attending Florida State Fire College and College of Central Florida to become a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician. In 2012, Brandon went back to school and attended Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida where he obtained an AS degree in health science. While attending Santa Fe College, Brandon took a position with the University of Florida to work as a surgical technician at the College of Veterinary Medicine. After just a few years, Brandon was promoted to Surgical Supervisor where he oversaw half of the small animal surgery floor. In 2017, he earned the Superior Accomplishment Award, one of the highest awards given to university staff, for his role with the small animal surgical team.

Brandon got his first taste of real estate in 2018 when he bought his first house to flip. In 2020 he knew he was hooked and wanted to pursue real estate full time and was given the opportunity in early 2021 to become part of Properties of The Villages. Brandon earned recognition very early on as a top producer and in 2023 The Villages honored him by naming a street after him.

When Brandon is able to find some free time, he enjoys spending time with his close friends and family. His other interests are golfing, tennis, pickleball, working out, mountain biking, kayaking, and playing music.

“Having the opportunity to work as a licensed real estate professional for Properties of The Villages is truly a dream come true. I am extremely blessed to be a part of this family and work with some of my best friends. This is the career I’ve always dreamed of, and I love that my job is helping make people’s dreams come true. The Villages is absolutely Florida’s Friendliest Hometown, and I can’t wait to meet you and show you what our community has to offer!”
