Bob started with Properties of The Villages after his multi-year search for an active community that would return him back to his roots in Florida. His first visit to The Villages was unlike anything he experienced. He was amazed by the people everywhere having fun!

As a boy Bob was raised in the motel business on a small island in South Florida. His childhood revolved around tending to guests and making them feel their place was a home away from home. His family lived in the owner quarters of the motel so life was a constant vacation, at least that is what the guests thought. However, what the guests did not see was the behind the scenes work that went into the motel. His parents realized that if the guests felt relaxed and at home they would return the following year. The foundation of values Bob’s parents instilled in him at a very early age have remained with him throughout his life.

Bob and his wife Vicki attended the same high school in Riviera Beach and were married on the first day of summer in 1975. In the late 70’s Bob passed the Florida real estate exam and the rest has been a rewarding career in real estate that Vicki now shares in as well. Together their career experiences span over large and small developments both domestically and internationally.

Bob and Vicki enjoy a quite simple life outside of work. Bob is a self-taught woodworker, peaceful gardener and a frustrated tone-deaf musician. His greatest passions are white sandy beaches and sailing the West Indies.

Working in real estate for over 30 years, Bob has no plans to retire. The sincere thank you and sometimes tears that customers express when he helps them find the right home for them keeps him going. “I’ll never get tired of making someone happy by finding them a house to call home.”
