Bev was born and raised in California and has been selling Real Estate for about 10 years. She and her husband also owned a Towing and Auto Body business in California for more than 40 years. In January of 2021 they decided to start “thinking about” where they would like to retire and decided to fly out to The Villages and experience a ‘Lifestyle Visit’. From the moment they arrived, they knew it was a perfect fit! They fell in love with the thoughtfully manicured grounds, picturesque golf courses, incredible variety of amenities, and the focus on living a healthy lifestyle. Everywhere they looked was like seeing a postcard! It was during that visit when she and her husband decided to call The Villages home and the two of them have never looked back!

Since then, they’ve had fun exploring the activities here in The Villages; golfing, biking, archery, swimming, BBQing with friends, the free nightly entertainment in the town squares and cruising everywhere in their golf carts – they feel like each day they wake up, they’re on vacation at a fancy resort! The additional bonus was having their children and grandchildren come visit and love it as much as they do. Their kids have been fortunate enough to travel the world and yet The Villages is now where they choose to come and vacation!

Bev has always found so much joy working with people and, after spending time here as a Villager, she knew she had to share this lifestyle with others. She is thrilled to be working with Properties of The Villages. She loves working with customers to attain whatever it is they’re in search of – simply because her passion is her customer’s passion! Bev has a unique ability to tailor every experience to each individual customer’s needs according to their goals. She takes great pride in being organized and creating marketing strategies for her clients.
