Beth Pope was recognized as the Number 1 Sales Representative for Properties of The Villages in 2022 and 2023! Beth’s many awards and recognitions have included: Most Overall Sales, Most Pre-Owned Homes Listed and Sold, Most New Homes Sold, Most Homesites Sold for new homeowners to Build their Dream Home, and Most For Sale By Owner Conversion Sales.

Beth started working for Properties of The Villages in 2009. Over the years, Beth has been awarded many Top Sales Honors, and has been in the Top 10% of representatives with Properties of The Villages. She previously worked for Coldwell Banker in Lapeer, MI where she was voted “Lapeer County Realtor of The Year” in 2005.

Beth grew up in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY. She graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree in business and worked for General Motors for 18 years. GM transferred her to Michigan where she met her husband, Todd Pope. Todd is a member of the Michigan and Florida Bar Associations. He joined Properties of The Villages shortly after Beth and, with his extensive background in the legal system and knowledge of contracts, helps make this winning duo so successful!

None of the accolades that Beth has received would be possible without her husband – whom she married in 1993. They have 3 beautiful children, Megan, Kelley and Spencer. Megan lives with her husband Carl in PA on a 40-acre farm with their 3 grandchildren Evan, Carolyn and Kenlee. Their middle daughter, Kelley Margaret, was a 2nd grade schoolteacher at The Villages Charter School for several years and then followed her mom into the Real Estate Business and is also part of the “Pope Team.” Kelley has done very well selling real estate and is consistently in the Top 25% of all agents. Kelley gifted Beth and Todd with their 4th grandchild, sweet Penelope. Their son, Spencer, is married to Jennifer (their office manager). Spencer is a private pilot in Central Florida.
