Bailey Higby was born and raised in the small town of Allegany, New York. After high school, he attended Mercyhurst University and received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine After graduation he enrolled in the Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy in Buffalo, NY. While attending graduate school online for the first semester, he decided to stay the summer with his girlfriend who had recently relocated right outside The Villages, in the town of Lady Lake. Not too long after his return home, he realized the lasting impression The Villages had left on him. He could not wait to return, which is exactly what he did.

Starting at Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center, Bailey began building upon his experience in The Villages. He soon found himself transitioning to the Guest Coordinator role during the first two years he moved down to Florida. Since this transition, he has worked hard to lead his career path in the direction of sales, where he is now proud to be serving The Villages community as a Sales Representative.

Growing up, Bailey and his two siblings spent most of their time participating in sports such as basketball, soccer, and baseball. When he wasn’t busy participating, he spent his time watching a wide variety of local teams whether it be the athletics at St. Bonaventure University, a local college in his hometown, or cheering on his Buffalo Bills or Sabres. You will still find him enjoying these same teams from afar, but with significantly less snow!

When Bailey is not watching sports, he spends a lot of time enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Florida has to offer all year round. One of his favorite things to do is go on long sunny walks with his girlfriend and Black and Tan hound, Maddie May. He also enjoys visiting the squares on a lively night to listen to the nightly entertainment that The Villages has to offer 365 days a year!

Bailey will go above and beyond to listen to the needs, wants and wishes of those who choose him as their Representative. He hopes to help others who experience that same astounding feeling that he first had after returning home from The Villages and will help them on their journey in finding their dream home. His knowledge from working in and around the community since moving to Florida is sure to shine through and will offer the best and most true experience of all that The Villages has to offer.
