Ashley Runyon is a third generation Sales & Marketing Representative. Her grandmother, Donna Fenster, has been with Properties of The Villages® for 30 years and her mother, Zina Fenster-Beasley, has been for the past 10 years. Ashley began coming to The Villages back in 1992 and has had the pleasure of watching the community grow to what it is today. She has enjoyed following in her grandmother and mother’s footsteps in helping make dreams come true!

Ashley was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University, Go Buckeyes! Her previous career was in Marketing and Information Technology for 19 years. Ashley started as a collections representative, working her way up to management and then research analyst. Her dream was to someday be a Licensed Real Estate Professional for Properties of The Villages®. So, when the opportunity presented itself, Ashley didn’t hesitate to move here and work alongside her grandmother and mother.

When Ashley isn’t helping make dreams come true, she enjoys traveling, day trips to Disney and Universal, exploring the great state of Florida, and spending time with her family. She has a love of animals and learning. And believe it or not, one of the things she loves the most is The Villages! She takes great pride in her historical knowledge of The Villages. And among other things, Ashley loves watching THE Ohio State football and can’t wait to help you find your dream home in The Villages®.
