Ashley Martin is a native Floridian, growing up in Central Florida. Growing up in Marion County, she was able to watch The Villages grow and flourish over the years. Her first professional experience with The Villages started in high school when she worked at Panera at the Spanish Springs Town Square. In 2008, Ashley married her high school sweetheart. They have three daughters, who all attend The Villages Charter School. When Ashley’s family is not attending volleyball games or dance competitions, they enjoy passing time on their boat or spending time with the animals on their farm.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Central Florida in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University. Her passion for helping others led her to The Villages to work as an educator and school administrator for The Villages Charter School. During her time at The Villages Charter School, she developed a deep appreciation for the community and the lifestyle it provides for its residents. After 12 years in education, Ashley joined the Properties of The Villages team, to help play a more integral role in helping people call The Villages home.
