Born and raised in the small lakeside town of Ocklawaha, Florida, just minutes from The Villages, Ashley has always shared a strong connection to this community. Some of her fondest memories come from time spent with her grandparents after they moved here, riding in golf carts, enjoying parades in Spanish Springs Town Square, swimming at Orange Blossom Country Club, and watching movies at the Rialto Theater.

Ashley began her real estate career in 2016 as a licensed agent with Properties of The Villages. Since then, it has been her privilege to help others become part of this vibrant, one-of-a-kind community that has brought so much joy to her own family. Having witnessed firsthand the life-changing magic The Villages offers, she is honored to play a role in shaping its future, one dream home at a time.

After graduating from Lake Weir High School, Ashley moved to Orlando for college and thrived in the hospitality industry, where she sharpened her ability to truly listen and understand what people need. That background continues to influence the way she serves her clients today. During her training as a Villages sales representative, she met her husband, Jay. The two were married in 2024 and look forward to building a family of their own in this amazing community.

When she’s not assisting clients, Ashley loves spending time outdoors boating, hiking, caring for her farm, attending football games, and soaking up the Florida sunshine. She enjoys exploring new destinations, trying new restaurants, and, most of all, cherishing time with her family, especially her wonderful nieces and nephews.

It is Ashley’s greatest pleasure to guide others on their journey to becoming Villagers, making the process a joyful and unforgettable experience.
