Angie Wilder joined the Properties of The Villages as a Licensed Real Estate Professional in September, 2013. Angie is originally from North Carolina and relocated to Norfolk, Virginia where she spent 36 years working in the Automotive Business at a Ford Dealership along with her husband Phil. Phil and Angie enjoyed life in Virginia while raising two children Rob and Samantha and thought that they would retire there until visiting they visited friends in The Villages in 1999.

Angie and Phil were amazed as they watched The Villages grow and develop as a community filled with activities, recreation, and everything needed, combined with a real hometown feeling. Phil and Angie’s retirement dream started to become a reality when they purchased their future home here in 2004 and came true when they moved to The Villages as full-time residents in 2009. Angie and Phil have since moved into their second home in The Village of Chitty Chatty and loved the experience of building a new Dream Home on Wilder Path.

Her son Rob is married to Jes and living in Mississippi with four grandchildren, Claire, Jordan, Cate, and Charli. Her daughter Sam lives in a family home in Norfolk, VA. Everyone loves coming to The Villages for vacation and family times or getting together inat a Beach House in Virginia or Florida.

Angie enjoys all aspects of being a resident of The Villages including playing golf, swimming, Mahjong, and appreciates the opportunity to serve, work and play in The Villages. Angie has the privilege of sharing The Villages Lifestyle with others at Properties of The Villages as a listing and selling representative for both new and pre-owned homes.
