Andrew Simmons has been immersed in The Villages his whole life.  From joining the 3-year-old class at the Early Childhood Center and then moving on to The Villages Charter School where he graduated 15 years later, to working for The Villages for the past six years.  As charter school student he always felt so fortunate to count on the support of an entire retired community.  He was very impressed with the rapid growth of The Villages and kept himself very involved through school, but also because his mom too has been a proud villages employee since 2003.  Participating in the town square events and making connections with residents and other team members is something that he fully enjoys. 

In his free time Andrew enjoys the outdoors and being active.  He’s very passionate about fitness, working out and he engages in some form of exercise every day.  He likes fishing, duck hunting, kayaking, hiking, running, biking, golfing, playing pickleball, softball and even has some team roping under his belt.  He really loves photography and taking drone shots of his outdoor adventures with his friends, and he enjoys spending quality time with his parents, his sister, and his beloved dog Otis. 

Shortly after high school Andrew started working for The Villages Accounting Department and later as a property coordinator.  With all the new construction ahead, Andrew grew increasingly more interested in the sales aspect and decided to go for it.  He joined the sales team as a Lobby Host and pursued his real estate license. The more he helped prospective residents and interacted with them as a Lobby Host, the more he desired to become a Sales Representative and help people achieve their retirement goals of making The Villages their home. 

For Andrew it’s been amazing to have witnessed The Villages growth through the years, and he has been bragging about what a phenomenal place it is ever since he was a young teen.  Now he is beyond excited to be helping write the story as a sales representative for all that is yet to come as The Villages continues to grow and amaze us all.
