“Tiny but Mighty” a true Villages native, Alyssa Callaway grew up in Oxford, FL a small town on the outskirts of The Villages. She was born into a line of railroad workers and generational farmers from Wildwood, FL, a town which is now serving a large portion of our growing community today.
Raised on a century-old family farm, as a young girl Alyssa learned what hard work takes to grow crops and raise cattle. Following in her fathers’ footsteps, Alyssa became a member of her local 4H club learning the values of community sharing and agriculture.
At 16 years old she got her first job at the Arnold Palmer Country Club while attending The Villages Charter School. Upon graduation, Alyssa pursued a career dedicated to design in The Villages. Staying in the community, she always knew her roots were planted here where both her great grandparents and grandparents retired.
Her career accelerated as an interior designer, working for The Villages construction team. Alyssa grew deeper connections with the community and discovered her passion for helping others through this role. She followed this passion by joining her mother, JaLaine as a sales representative assisting future or current homeowners.
Growing up in the community Alyssa has always enjoyed visiting the town squares with family and friends. Her favorite vehicle of choice would of course be a golf car and the close second would be her pick-up truck. A southern belle at heart, Alyssa owns and captains her own boat. She loves spending weekends on the water with her dog Hartley catching fish.
A small-town girl with big family values, Alyssa Callaway is dedicated to serving folks, making their retirement dreams one CALL*AWAY. Allow her to help you find yours TODAY!
