Alicia joined The Villages team in 2017. A Florida native she was born and raised in Orlando. She studied Criminal Justice at Seminole State College and moved to Lake County in 1992 to work as a police officer in Leesburg. After serving the community for 8 years Alicia became a full time mom. In 2004 her love of helping people led her to a career in real estate where she has been a consistent top performer.
Alicia has 2 teenage daughters Madisyn and Morgan. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her girls, offshore fishing and playing cards.
