Addam Roma joined the Properties of The Villages sales team in 2004. He studied at State College in Sarasota, Florida and spent 15 years in leadership and sales with AT&T. Addam is married to his wonderful wife Robin and together they have two teenage sons Nathan and Noah. In his free time, Addam enjoys golfing, music, boating and traveling with his family.

Addam has been very successful demonstrating leadership in every position he has held with Properties of The Villages. When he started selling with The Villages in 2004, he had the opportunity to see tremendous growth and was recognized for Sales Excellence. Within a short time, Addam was invited to join the leadership team. He led a sales team that consistently exceeded expectations. Four years ago, Addam followed his heart and made the choice to return to an active sales position once again. For Addam, assisting people in the purchase or sale of their home is the most rewarding career he has ever had. He embraces the challenge of this life changing event when it comes to changing homes.
