Having been part of the community since childhood, he brings a genuine connection and local insight that his customers truly value. Jay loves everything The Villages has to offer, especially its vibrant residents, and believes you never know who you might meet along the way.

Before real estate, Jay was a chef, and he still enjoys cooking for family and friends whenever he can. An avid adventurer, he has hiked more than 400 miles of the Appalachian Trail alongside his dog, Bella, and spends his free time boating along Florida’s Gulf Coast with his wife, friends, and family, often joined by their dog, Beau.

Jay is most proud of his family and credits them for shaping the person he is today. Guided by hard work and integrity, he is committed to serving his clients with honesty and care. He met his wife, Ashley, while training to become a real estate agent, and they were married in 2024. Together, they are excited for the future and look forward to starting a family of their own.
