Born on Long Island, New York, to a young Irish couple, Jennifer Harding is the oldest of nine children. At a young age, her parents felt called to become missionaries, giving Jennifer the unique opportunity to live in five countries and six different states throughout her childhood.

After an incredible multicultural upbringing, her family eventually settled in Florida to be near her grandparents, where she met her husband, Timothy — a seventh-generation Floridian.

For the past 25 years, Jennifer devoted herself to what she considers her dream job: being a stay-at-home mom to seven children. As the years passed, with three children in college and only their two daughters still at home attending their amazing charter school, Jennifer realized she had successfully worked herself out of a job. Her children had become wonderfully independent and no longer required her full-time attention.

Meanwhile, Timothy and their two oldest sons, Wallace and Luke, were already working as Independent Sales Representatives with Properties of The Villages. Hearing their stories about helping people make their dreams a reality in The Villages inspired Jennifer to become part of that journey herself.

To ease into this new season of life, Jennifer accepted a part-time position at Brownwood Jewelers. During her two years there, she built lasting friendships and discovered how much she loved connecting with people and helping them through important life transitions. That experience confirmed she was ready to fully commit to helping others find the lifestyle, community, and home they had been dreaming about.

As a mother of seven, Jennifer understands hard work, patience, compassion, and the importance of truly listening. She loves helping people navigate both the excitement and uncertainty that comes with major life decisions and would be honored to help others determine whether The Villages is their next best step.
