MacKenzie grew up right here in The Villages and was part of the very first class of The Villages Charter School when it opened in 2000. Growing up alongside the community’s growth shaped her deeply — she saw firsthand how meaningful connection, service, and a sense of belonging can transform lives.

She began her career in The Villages at just 17 years old, working directly with real estate agents to help organize and elevate their businesses. Starting behind the scenes gave her a strong foundation — she learned how to listen, communicate clearly, and help guide people through important transitions with confidence and care. It was during these early years that her passion for real estate and serving others truly took root.

MacKenzie later joined the Guest Coordinator Department during a time of expansion and evolution within The Villages. As the first point of contact for many future residents calling to explore the community, she walked them through their questions, dreams, and next steps. For those who needed to sell a home before relocating, she personally vetted and selected top real estate professionals across the country to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a lasting impact on the clients she served.

From there, MacKenzie became one of the youngest Licensed Real Estate Professionals ever hired by Properties of The Villages. She quickly rose to the top of her sales classes — not through pressure or sales tactics, but through connection. Her approach is rooted in treating every person like family and creating a process that feels meaningful, organized, exciting, and supported.

Outside of real estate, MacKenzie is an entrepreneur at heart. She founded and operated her own laser ablation company, specializing in restoration and surface cleaning — a venture that strengthened her leadership, creativity, and ability to build strong relationships across multiple industries.

She is also deeply inspired by the world beyond our borders. MacKenzie has traveled to over 26 countries, learning from cultures and experiences that have shaped her perspective and grounded her values: generosity, curiosity, compassion, and the belief that life is richest when it is shared.

Whether she’s helping someone sell their home and step into a new chapter, or welcoming a first-time guest to discover The Villages lifestyle, MacKenzie leads with warmth, presence, and a genuine desire to serve.
