Growing up in the foster system and aging out at 18, Madeline experienced what it was like to feel like a transaction rather than a person. Before starting her real estate career, Madeline worked in hospitality across Ocala and The Villages and helped run Pete Peterson Signs, a family-run business rooted in hard work and dreams. She also attended the University of Florida, where she proudly played on the women’s rugby team. Whether on the field or in the field of real estate, Madeline brings passion, strength, and heart into everything she does.

Today, Madeline lives in Marion County with Bradley, her best friend and biggest supporter, their blended family of three boys, and their spirited three-legged dog, Sally, who’s convinced four legs would only slow her down. Whether it’s building sandcastles at the beach, fishing on the lake, or planning weekend trips to Disney, Madeline loves raising her family in Florida, where adventure and meaningful memories are never far away.

She’s outgoing, kind, and full of energy, just like her late father, a Marine veteran and long-haul trucker who passed on his relentless work ethic. When she’s not with clients, you’ll find her in the gym, whipping up family meals, or working on a creative project with the kids.
