Dave grew up in Upstate New York near Saratoga Springs. The areas’ motto is History, Health and Horses. Dave fell in love with horse racing at an early age, racing and breeding standardbred racehorses for several years. After the birth of his second child the realization that kids and horses are both expensive to keep, so, a choice had to be made. Dave stays connected to racing by hosting a Kentucky Derby party each year for family and friends in The Villages.

Prior to joining the Property of The Villages team, Dave’s entire professional career has been in the Information Technology/Cybersecurity space. In February 2015, during an especially cold New York winter Dave was presented the opportunity to join a large international software company and relocate to Jacksonville Beach, Florida. He decided to relocate and never looked back.

In 2024 Dave became a full-time resident of The Villages. This provided a time to reflect on what is really important in life and he embarked on a career change. In January 2025 Dave obtained his Florida Real Estate license. As a true Villager, Dave is excited to help future residents navigate their journey to join our community.
