Jordyn Rottermond has proudly served clients in The Villages community for over 13 years, bringing a strong background in finance, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of life’s most important decisions. Her experience in the banking and finance industry helped shape her ambitious yet personable approach, allowing her to build lasting relationships while delivering professional and attentive service to every client.

Originally from south of Detroit, Michigan, Jordyn spent many years visiting The Villages to see her grandparents, who began coming to the community in the early 2000s. Watching The Villages grow into the vibrant and nationally recognized lifestyle community it is today inspired Jordyn to become deeply involved both personally and professionally. As a graduate of The Villages High School, she feels especially grateful to now be raising her family in the same remarkable community she grew up loving. Two of her children currently attend The Villages Charter School, further strengthening her connection to the area and the lifestyle so many families are drawn to.

Jordyn continued her education by pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. During her time in the finance industry, she earned both her Series 6 and Life Insurance licenses, expanding her knowledge of financial planning, customer service, and client relations. Inspired by her mother, Nikki Perry, Jordyn decided to take her career to the next level by combining her financial expertise with her passion for real estate and community service.

Outside of real estate, Jordyn enjoys spending quality time with her children and staying active with their busy baseball schedules. When they are not at the ball field, she loves spending time outdoors fishing, boating, and exploring Florida’s beautiful springs and waterways.
