Thomas Greaney is a current resident of the Village of Linden where he recently purchased his second Villages home. He moved to The Villages from Sarasota, where his family has lived for almost 40 years. Although not born in Florida, Thomas considers himself to be a true Floridian.

Thomas fell in love with The Villages the moment he first visited. His first experience inspired him to share the amazing Villages Lifestyle with as many folks as possible. Having gone through the home buying process himself, Thomas is uniquely positioned to be able to assist others who wish to make The Villages their home.

Thomas spent the bulk of his career as a Human Resources Executive working for firms such as Guardian Life Insurance and AIG. After leaving corporate life, Thomas obtained his Florida Real Estate license in 2014 and worked for Coldwell Banker, as a realtor, and in Property Management.

Thomas has lived and traveled all over the world including Japan, Thailand, Australia, South Korea, and Israel. He has also lived throughout the United States including San Francisco, New York City, Boulder, Colorado, and Hoboken, New Jersey.

Along with his love of travel, Thomas has developed a passion for tennis and walking throughout the beautiful community that is The Villages. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends and playing Backgammon and cards at one of the many Recreation Centers that are throughout The Villages.

Thomas’ philosophy of living and working in The Villages is that “he enables residents and visitors to be able to discover, explore, and develop their best vision of themselves.” Thomas would be honored to assist both current and future Villagers in any way they need!
