Shawnda Hamacher was a native of Colorado before moving to The Villages.  Shawnda grew up east of Colorado Springs in a small town with a population of 500 where she worked in her family’s restaurant.  In 1990, she earned her broker’s license and built a successful real estate company with her mother.  Shawnda put her real estate career on hold a few years later to raise her two amazing kids, Kyler and Kegan.  Kyler is now married, and he and his wonderful wife, Kaci, will be making Shawnda a first-time grandma!

Shawnda has always had a passion for real estate and helping people, which is why she resumed her real estate career in 2008. She feels very fortunate to have a fulfilling career that she loves. “Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions anyone will make. Nothing is more important to me than building a foundation of trust with my clients. I strive every day to exceed their expectations, and my overriding purpose is to ensure that my client’s home buying or selling experience is enjoyable for them rather than stressful. Shawnda’s favorite thing is the world is spending time with her family.  Although you can take the girl out of Colorado, you can’t take the Colorado out of the girl!   Therefore, Shawnda is and always will be an avid Broncos, Rockies, and Avalanche fan. She also enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, listening to the bands playing at the squares, and going for walks in this beautiful place she gratefully calls home.
