Sean Donnelly and his wife Poppy have lived in The Villages since 2013 and love to share the joys of living in such an amazing community by serving their clients in a very personal and tailor-made way including golf car tours, to allow their new friends, that is, clients to get fully immersed in the unique mode of transport we can enjoy in The Villages.

Sean started in Real Estate in 1990 in London, England, where he was born. Sean has one daughter, Siân, who lives in England, and Poppy’s two children and one grandchild are in Virginia where she is from.

Sean enjoys staying fit and can be found on the pickleball courts around The Villages at some point most days. He is also an avid daily reader, meditator, executor of positive life enhancing habits and strives each day to be a better person than he was the day before.

Sean and Poppy spent the first 8 years living close to Lake Sumter Town Square and love that location. In July of 2021 they moved to a brand-new home in St. Catherine, which was a move in anticipation for what is coming in this area rather than being totally established like Lake Sumter. It has been an exciting time and very different moving into a New Home Village. They are able to share firsthand both experiences, the pros and cons of each, and are very active helping clients with Pre-Owned and New Homes.

Sean believes in fully immersing himself in everything he does and became a citizen of The United States of America in 2019. Sean is forever grateful to those who have served and sacrificed both in Britain and the USA.
