Quinn is a Florida Native whose experience with The Villages dates back more than 20 years. “The Villages provided my first job at the age of 15. Twenty years later, it continues to provide me with a Real Estate career that I am proud of and grateful for.”
She graduated as a Florida Merit Scholar from Central Florida College in 2002, continuing at the University of South Florida where she focused on business marketing and photography.
She began her career with one of Seattle’s largest privately-owned banks as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Later, in 2009, her entrepreneurial skills led her to establish QLC Creative, a photography company specializing in marketing, product, and real estate photography. Quinn obtained her Real Estate license in 2018 and relocated back to Florida where she worked for Miami’s leading real estate brokerage, Douglas Elliman Real Estate. In 2020, home was calling and she decided to make Real Estate her full-time career. She sold her photography company and relocated back to The Villages where it all began.
Quinn is the proud mom of two sons, Liam and Ledger, who attend The Villages Charter School. Liam is a lettered swimmer and Ledger plays football. “My boys are the light of my life and why I do what I do. I strive every day to be a positive example of hard work and dedication… always reminding them to be kind to themselves and others along the way.”
She is driven by serving others and making people happy. Her mission is to understand her customers, listen to their needs, and help them determine what makes the most sense for their individual retirement home goals. Quinn’s professional real estate experience and personal knowledge of The Villages go hand in hand to provide the most well rounded and informative customer experience.
