Pat came to The Villages from New Hampshire where she had a very successful career in Real Estate Listing, selling and managing with a Large Brokerage firm. Real Estate has been a passion of her for over 30 years. After a trip to the Villages in early 2004, Pat knew someday she would call The Village’s home.  Pat joined The Sales Team in 2013 and has been among the top in sales ever since.  Pat is originally from Pittsfield, Mass and then raised her family in New Hartford, NY before moving to Nashua, NH.

Pat’s children Mark and Christina call Nashua, NH home and are living there with Pat’s grandkids. When Pat is not working, she can be found on the golf course with her fellow residents playing a quick 9 holes and then back to work she goes.  

Her clients and fellow residents have been heard to say things like, “what a hard worker she is”; “she is very honest and helpful”; “her knowledge of The Villages is amazing”; “she even helped me get home one-night when we were lost”; “she listened, and we found our new home so fast and it’s perfect.”

Pat loves living in The Villages and enjoys walking, biking, golfing, and swimming. Pat enjoys dinner and dancing on the squares with her friends and fellow residents.
