Matt was born and raised in eastern Colorado in a small town of only 600 people called Simla. After high school, Matt decided to attend Kansas State University studying business while also working in customer service and marketing for a property management company. At Kansas State he met the love of his life and they decided to make a life change and move to Florida to work in The Villages!

The Real Estate industry has always intrigued Matt, especially after his property management gig, and now that he has jumped in full force selling real estate for The Villages, he knows it’s not just his career, but his passion. Matt prides himself on cultivating positive relationships with his customers that last a lifetime.

Matt married his wife, Karli, in June of 2023 in Tierra Verde, FL. They love exploring everything the state of Florida has to offer. Perhaps their favorite activity is spending time in The Villages Town Squares trying out new restaurants, going to the movies, and listening to the live music!
