Originally from St. Cloud, Minnesota, Lynn’s father was a business entrepreneur in the Minnesota farm and hardware supply business. In the early 70’s his father retired to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and started enjoying his passion for flying, hunting and fishing. Lynn spent his high school years there and went on to earn a degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 1977.

After graduating college, Lynn worked back in Minnesota for a family Farm Supply business. In 1980 he started a hardware business with his father in Leesburg, FL and then purchased an existing rental car franchise and operated it for almost 20 years until selling the business back to the corporation in 1999.

Lynn’s family business experience well prepared him for the dedication to customer service as he embarked on his new real estate sales career and joined the Properties of The Villages team in 2000. Since then he’s helped thousands of folks learn about The Villages and has enjoyed the success and friendships of the many that have chosen our community for their new home.

Lynn and his wife Barbara have lived in central Florida for over 40 years and they have 2 children. Lia lives in the area with their grandson Evan, and son Zach works in Silicon Valley, California. They enjoy spending time with friends and family at their lakefront home in Leesburg, FL and boating, fishing and golf are his favorite pastimes.
