Kim was first introduced to The Villages in 2010 when her mother decided to make it her permanent home. After visiting and falling in love with the community, she decided to follow suit and move close by.

Kim has an extensive professional background in Sales & Management. Prior to joining Properties of The Villages, Kim worked in the banking industry for 16 years, focusing primarily on day-to-day operations and business development which included growing branch deposits and consumer retail loans. The skills and expertise she gained brought the opportunity to lead and manage multiple branches in Osceola County. Additionally, she was able to partake in assisting with several bank mergers and acquisitions all over the state of Florida.

Kim has always had a love for real estate and helping others. After many years of working with successful investors, she began to develop a greater interest for the real estate industry. In 2016, she decided to do some investing of her own and pursue a new career. She first began with real estate wholesaling which involved finding and flipping distressed properties, but later realized that she is more passionate about working directly with residential buyers and sellers.

Outside of work Kim enjoys making memories with her family, traveling to new places, and exploring different cultures through traditional food and art. She claims her absolute greatest accomplishment is her daughter Kaylana, and she is proud to have her on the team as her Assistant!
