Kayla DiPietro is a hardworking, motivated individual with a strong passion for helping people find a home in The Villages. Kayla is a true native of the Sunshine State and spent most of her life living just outside of The Villages. After ten years of experience in customer service that started in The Villages when she was fifteen years old, Kayla found that her purpose in life was to serve others and cannot imagine a better way to do that than by helping both current and future residents find their place here.

In 2003, Kayla’s grandmother retired and became a resident of The Villages, and Kayla spent much of her childhood visiting with her Grammy. She has countless fond memories of dancing in the town squares, learning how to play pickleball, and swimming in the family pools. Perhaps the greatest memory she treasures is seeing her Grammy, both then and now, so vibrant and full of energy in this chapter of her life. Kayla is excited to join both of her parents, Judi and Frank DiPietro, her older sister Erica Chambers, her younger brother Matthew DiPietro, and her Aunt JoAnn Ives, on the Sales Team. It’s truly all in the family! After seeing the true joy that comes from helping others move to The Villages, Kayla couldn’t wait to join the team.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys staying active, exploring, and spending time in the Florida sunshine. Her current favorite hobbies include kickboxing, longboarding, and writing – and she is always looking for a new adventure!
