John and Linda Cramer are “Living Their Dream” right here in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown! John and Linda met on Match.com in 2005 and were married in 2006. They are a wonderful blend of “Mid-Western Values and Southern Charm”.

John was born and raised in New Orleans, LA where he studied Marketing at Nichols State University before serving in the United States Army as a Military Policeman. A 20+ year career in Corporate Negotiations enriched John with the creative problem- solving skills he now uses to guide home Buyers and Sellers to reach a happy win-win conclusion.

John was honored for his Superior Sales Excellence in 2020 when Properties of The Villages named an entire street for him. John enjoys New Orleans Saints and LSU football, daily walking, gardening, playing guitar and learning about new technologies. He and wife, Linda are active in their church and they love to explore the state of Florida and to cruise.

Linda grew up in Erie, PA where she graduated from the University of Edinboro with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology. Linda lived in Tucson, AZ for several years where she was a Principle Owner of a custom home building company. Linda’s construction knowledge plus her passion for Interior Design and Home Staging naturally led her into a dynamic and successful real estate listing and selling career.

Linda’s parents moved to Florida’s Friendliest Hometown The Villages in 1990 so she has witnessed allot of the The Villages remarkable growth. She fondly remembers her Dad proudly showing her the brand new Lake Sumter Landing Town Center and wondering at the time if it would ever be as nice as Spanish Springs!

John and Linda are the proud parents of 3 Adult Children and 4 grandchildren.
