Jill Kimball is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida, previously practicing in Orlando, FL. Jill has been a part of the Properties of The Villages Sales Team since 2015. Jill and her husband Neal have been married since 1986! Their preretirement Fortune 500 Company successes allowed them to relocate with their family to such great cities as San Francisco, CA; Whitefish Bay, WI; Western Springs, IL; Newtown, CT; Atlanta, GA; and Orlando, FL. In 2001, because of their passion for families and education, they moved to Central Florida to start their own business: A+ Tutor U, where they tutored over 30,000 at risk children in 33 counties in Florida, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. They are the authors of Drawing Families Together, One Meal at a Time and are proud to say the forward was done by First Lady Barbara Bush.

Jill is enjoying this chapter in her life, not only living in The Villages, but working with the Properties of The Villages Sales Team. During her tenure as a member of The Villages Sales Team, Jill has continually been a top producer. She has also achieved “The Emerald Ring” status on multiple years from The Properties of The Villages which signifies exemplary sales.

Jill and her husband enjoy playing golf, tennis, pickleball, volunteering, live theater, movies, vacationing, and spending time with their four children: one son in NYC, another in Denver, and two daughters in LA!
