Hailey Wilken grew up with her two younger brothers in Orlando, Florida. Being a proud Florida native, most of her favorite memories growing up involved spending time at the lake, playing sports outdoors and camping with her family.

In high school, Hailey was heavily involved in extracurricular activities, accomplishing some great feats: 11 Varsity letters, two state championships, title of Special Olympics Cheerleading Coach, and top 5% of her graduating class.

Following high school, Hailey attended Florida Gulf Coast University and studied business communication and entrepreneurship. During her time in college, Hailey stayed active as she played on her University’s Flag Football Team. She also had the opportunity to intern with Anheuser-Busch.

Professionally, Hailey has had the opportunity to connect people to their dreams over the past four years. She is one of the youngest representatives ever to be hired by The Villages®, and is excited to be a part of this wonderful community. You will find that her professionalism, optimism, and ability to problem solve will make this experience simple and enjoyable.
