Eric Lazdowski was born and raised in Pelham, New Hampshire and graduated from Plymouth State College with a degree in business. After graduation, Eric worked with his father, Steve Lazdowski, and brother, Gary Lazdowski, in sales for a moving and storage company for 10 years. He then switched his career focus and became a Finance Manager at a Honda Dealership in Concord, New Hampshire for the next 10 years.

Eric’s father, Steve Lazdowski has been with Properties of The Villages® since 2003 and his brother, Gary Lazdowski followed not long after in 2006. Missing and hearing about his family’s accomplishments here in The Villages® Eric decided it was time to move to The Sunshine State in 2015! He continued his passion for sales working at The Villages® Golf Car Store before transitioning to work alongside his father and brother with Properties of The Villages®.

Eric has been married to his amazing wife, Denise, for 14 years. She is a local in-home physical therapist. They are blessed with a beautiful daughter, Sarah, who has had the privilege to attend The Villages® Charter School for the past four years since they’ve moved here.

In his free time Eric enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with family and friends. He is a grateful for the endless possibilities that are in store when you are a Licensed Real Estate Professional for Properties of The Villages® and looks forward to making your retirement dreams come true.
