Daniel was born into a Navy family in Portsmouth, Virginia, where his father served for over twenty years before retiring. After his father’s retirement, the family moved to Monroe, New York, where Daniel completed most of his schooling. In 2007, he relocated to Ocala, Florida, to begin his sophomore year of high school and later graduated from Lake Weir High School. Daniel has been visiting The Villages for many years and has grown fond of its community, admiring its development and beauty.

As a business-savvy leader with a strong focus on customer service, Daniel is known for his determination, drive, and commitment to excellence. He possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and is recognized for his tenacity and ability to build relationships. Daniel prides himself on his honesty and trustworthiness, and is often described as enthusiastic, loving, outgoing, and hardworking. Above all, he values family.

Daniel shares his home in Ocala, Florida, with his high school sweetheart, now his wife, and their three dogs, Onyx, Sunny, and Pluto, as well as their spirited cat, River. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors, kayaking at local springs, exploring new trails on their mountain bikes, and visiting local farmers’ markets to purchase fresh, locally grown produce.

Having lived in the area for over a decade, Daniel has witnessed the remarkable growth of The Villages. He believes it is not only a place to live but also a community where dreams come true. “The Villages offers more than just a home for its residents; it makes their dreams a reality. Realizing the impact of this community on its residents’ lives made me realize I was right where I always wanted to be.”
