Growing up in Lady Lake Florida, Colin Potter has witnessed the growth of The Villages® community first-hand. Colin’s family is rooted in this community. His father, Graham Engdahl, has been in employed with The Daily Sun for nearly 20 years.  His mother Gretchen, now retired, dedicated over 15 years to The Villages HR department. Erin Natalino, Colin’s sister, is the Director of Operations for The Villages Insurance where she has been employed for the past 18 years. Colin’s family has personally experienced the benefits this community has to offer and he embraces the opportunity to share what they have learned with those looking to start their lives in this community.

Colin and his lovely bride, Paige, have been married for 3 years and will soon be celebrating their son’s first birthday. Paige continues to grow her career with Salon Jaylee where she has been employed for the past 13 years. Both Colin and Paige graduated from The Villages Charter School and are committed to raising their family in this beautiful community they have grown to love.

After graduating high school, Colin worked for The Daily Sun while studying at Lake Technical College to become a Firefighter EMT. Colin’s desire to serve the community that has blessed his family over the years fueled him to pursue a career with The Properties of The Villages. As a local to this area he offers a unique perspective to everything The Villages® community has to offer its residents.
