Christopher Jansen is a seasoned professional in customer service and hospitality, bringing over fifteen years of experience in high-end restaurants and luxury resorts, including the prestigious Breakers Palm Beach. Raised in New York and later Florida, Chris blends local insight with the drive and determination shaped by his Long Island upbringing. He is highly regarded for his strengths in conflict resolution, negotiation, and his natural ability to understand and anticipate the needs of others.

Chris grew up in Nassau County, Long Island, where weekends were often spent helping his grandfather, a skilled carpenter. These formative experiences sparked his love for craftsmanship and hands-on work, particularly woodworking. He also developed a deep connection to the outdoors and now finds peace in the woods, where he enjoys hunting and quiet time away to recharge.

Chris is a devoted father of three. His oldest, Lana, is curious and inquisitive, always exploring and asking questions. Kylo, his middle child, is adventurous and loves building and creating. Ayla, the youngest, is full of joy, always smiling, dancing, and lighting up every room. All three children attend The Villages Charter School, and family time often includes hiking, camping, and enjoying nature together.

Chris was first introduced to The Villages in 2007 when his grandmother made it her home. Since then, he has built his life around the future promise of the community. Today, he and his family reside in the Middleton family neighborhood, where they are deeply rooted in the values, opportunity, and vibrant lifestyle The Villages offers.
