Brett Young has always had a passion for working with people. Brett obtained his real estate license while attending the University of South Florida and volunteering at the Moffitt Cancer Center. He began his career in real estate prior to receiving his bachelor’s degree in health sciences and administration.

Brett recalls how quickly it became clear that his energy, knowledge, and love for people would not focus strictly on their physical health, but rather, assisting, informing, and developing relationships with folks while they begin a new chapter in their lives became his passion. Brett will ensure that you will have a positive, fun and professional experience that will become a long-term relationship.

Brett and his wife, Sara, live in a “neighborhood nearby” of The Villages with their fur baby – a German Short-Haired Pointer, Kaia. Sara was born and raised right here in The Villages, and graduated from The Villages Charter School. Sara is also a Licensed Real Estate Professional for Properties of The Villages. Brett and Sara are so grateful to have the opportunity to work together as a team, and to be a part of the number one master-planned community in the world. As native Floridians, both Brett and Sara love the outdoors. Brett is originally from Melbourne, Florida, where he grew up on the beach and enjoyed fishing, boating and diving the east coast.

Brett now enjoys fishing, diving, and being out on the water in the nature coast when he is not serving his customers and residents! Brett credits his close relationship with his extended family, who still live on the Space Coast, with his interest in working with the public, and his desire to make a positive and lasting impact on others. After years of working for Properties of The Villages, his focus remains true: to help folks learn to love and appreciate the community he is fortunate enough to call home.
