I am extremely grateful that my life’s journey has brought my wife and I to the The Villages as our forever home.  It is here that I have found the perfect opportunity to consolidate all of my previous professional and personal experiences while working as a licensed Real Estate Agent for The Villages.

I was blessed to have had the opportunity to play College Basketball at the University of Notre Dame and at Syracuse University. My freshman year at Notre Dame, coached by Digger Phelps, we beat Bill Walton and His UCLA team to snap their 88 game winning streak. (Bill Walton says it was the worst day of his life).  I was also fortunate to play on Jim Boeheim first team at Syracuse University. Playing for two great programs and two great coaches taught me a lot about motivation, preparation, and organization.  These lessons were extremely valuable for me when pursuing my next career as a Corporate Bond Broker.

I worked on Wall Street for over 30 years, advising traders at some of Wall Street’s most prestigious firms (Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America).  My expertise in market trends, market activity, market value and depth of market helped make trading decisions for these firms. I was also the President of my Homeowners association in New York for seven years and coordinated 3 major renovation projects during that time.  I have owned several rental units and been involved with REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts).  The understanding of values, timing, strength of market and the duties of homeowner management have been invaluable to me here as a Licensed Real Estate Agent for the Villages.

Now as I have moved to advising people on marketing their homes for sale or purchasing their new home, I feel that all of my past professional experiences have culminated into an exciting new chapter.  In just my second year I was in the top 10% of the Sales force and earned my first ring in recognition of that accomplishment.  But most importantly I have made a whole new life and career with great new friends, colleagues, clients and neighbors.  My two children, son-in-law and two grandchildren, all love coming to visit us in our new home multiple times a year to dance in the square and enjoy the sunny Florida weather.

When my wife Carolyn and I decided to call The Villages our home, we were looking a new lease on life, for a community with a wide range of activities and most importantly, great people.  We are so enjoying living “the Dream” as Village residents.   It has been my greatest passion and pleasure to help others find their own Dream Home here in the Villages.
