Angela began her real estate career in North Carolina in 2000 after the purchase of her first home. Having a true passion for helping others, she enjoyed assisting families through their journey of home ownership until the busy schedule of two young boys demanded late evening showings be replaced by football /baseball games and everything, BOY! Switching gears but always hoping to return to the career she loved, she found a flexible schedule with a family-owned automotive restyling company servicing dealership in NW North Carolina and Southern Virginia. Hard work, dedication, enthusiasm mixed with a little southern charm helped her gain record sales, happy customers, and many lifetime friends, which proves that it’s not what you do but how you do it that matters most! She attributes her success to always living by the Golden Rule. It’s a simple strategy to just treat everyone like you would want to be treated, but it makes a big impact. Whether it’s helping someone find their dream home or helping them select their new leather interior for their vehicle, listening to their needs and helping them achieve their goal as seamlessly and stress free as possible creates happy customers. There is no better feeling than to know you made a difference in someone’s life!

Always guided by faith, Angela is convinced it was no accident a chance conversation her husband Coby had with the ranger at their golf course in Winston Salem, NC lead them to The Villages. His stories and an extreme dislike for the winter weather sparked the first visit by Coby and his brother Allan in the winter of 2010. Returning home with more stories too good to be true, husbands and wives returned shortly thereafter. Angela still remembers that first visit and how amazed she was with the majestic oak trees, the friendly active people, and endless activities. You truly have to see it to believe it! It wasn’t long before Lynn and Allan, then Coby and Angela had purchased homes in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown and Angela begin dreaming of the possibilities of returning to her career in real estate. Since joining the Sales team in 2020, Angela has been living her dream helping others discover theirs!
