Before becoming a Villager in 2017, Brad’s 30-year corporate background was at Parker Hannifin, an engineering and manufacturing corporation headquartered in Ohio. During that time, he was relocated to Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas and Switzerland, as well as working in more than 15 countries across four continents. These opportunities provided a wide range of real-life experiences that honed his skill to first listen to understand a customer’s needs, and then to personalize each buying/selling experience for them. He is your “consummate concierge” to curate all that The Villages offers and guide you on a journey you may only have dreamed of.

Growing up in northeast Ohio, Brad obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron and later earned an MBA from Cleveland State University. His corporate experience primarily involved helping customers in various industries to find solutions and customer service training and mentoring to improve confidence, competence, and performance.

His parents are both retired high-school teachers who have lived in The Villages since 2011 and he has a younger sister and brother in Ohio. Brad’s move to The Villages was in part to be near his Mom and Dad but also to enjoy the numerous benefits, amenities, convenience, and beauty of The Villages.
