Carmen Becker first became a part of The Villages family in 1994 when she started working at the very first restaurant to make its debut on The Spanish Springs Town Square (Cafe Ole’). Born and raised in South Florida, she graduated second in her class from Northwest Christian Academy and went on to attend two years at Barry University. Carmen came to the area to visit family, fell in love, and never left.

Since 1994, following a 10-year Monday through Friday 9-5 career in the Insurance Industry, Carmen decided to get her real estate license and join forces with her husband, Brad Becker. 

Transitioning into a top tier agent, working with and learning from her husband, and being a part of the Properties of The Villages Family has been a dream come true! Brad and Carmen share a passion for helping others find the right path for that next big phase in their lives and consider it to be both an honor and a huge responsibility; one that they don’t take lightly. 

Having parents that are retired and living here in The Villages and have gone through some difficult phases themselves gives them a different level of understanding and compassion for their clients. They treat their customers like family and believe in providing the level of care, kindness, and service that they would want for their own parents.

Brad and Carmen have two boys, Ashton and Griffin, who have both been fortunate enough to grow up with an education at The Villages Charter School. As a family, they enjoy boating, fishing, camping, traveling and just being together.
