June Brine has been with The Villages Sales Team since 1997, leaving briefly in 2005 and returning in 2009. She originally started her real estate career in 1996 and has sold homes and villas in The Villages ever since. 

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, June spent 10 years attending a private Catholic school; her last two years were spent in public school. She continued her education in the field of emergency medicine and volunteered for three years as an Emergency Medical Technician. She was also a Marion County Reach to Recovery Coordinator and Volunteer for many years.

June is blessed with two children. Her beautiful 34 year old daughter Michelle is an ICU nurse at Munroe Regional Medical Hospital in Ocala and studying to become a nurse practitioner, and her wonderful 31 year old son Matthew has earned a Culinary Degree and is now enjoying his own business in handyman services and building.  June’s absolute pride and joy are her granddaughters, Lilliana Grace, who is nicknamed “Lily bug” and just turned 6 years old and Adeline “Addie” who just turned 2 years old.   June is blessed with family in Pennsylvania, including her 89 year old mother and seven brothers and sisters! For fun she loves putt-putt golf, snorkeling, traveling, and cooking. She also has a special interest in flowers and plants. 

While her successes at Properties of The Villages have been many, her greatest success is seeing the true joy of a happy seller successfully selling their home and a happy buyer beginning their journey in The Villages.
