Paul Cote joined Properties of The Villages in the fall of 2009. Paul is originally from the New England area and moved to Florida in 1994. He was formerly an electrical contractor and home builder while he was in Massachusetts and an owner of a retail hardware store in Maine. A graduate of Westford Academy and East Coast Aero Tech, Paul served in the Army National Guard for six years.

Paul and his wife Martha have been married for 37 years. Together Paul and Martha have been working in the real estate field for the past 20 years. They have one son, Micah, who is married and lives here in Florida as an IT technician. Paul and Martha have no grandchildren but that doesn’t stop them from spoiling their rescued Bichon, Joey, who is often seen riding around The Villages in the golf car.

Golf, golf and more golf are Paul’s favorite things to do, and when he’s not playing golf he’s working out at the SeaBreeze sports pool and enjoying the recreation center. He also loves dining out and going to the movies. Paul and Martha are excited about the many friends they make with new residents through their sales – always looking for that next person to invite to play golf.
