Brian has proudly worked with Properties of The Villages since 2009. His path to a career in real estate began with Pulte Homes/Del Webb as a Customer Relations Manager in Jacksonville, Florida. He was subsequently transferred to Albuquerque, New Mexico in order to improve customer service and management in the Albuquerque Division of Pulte Homes. With his guidance, the Albuquerque Division was ultimately recognized as one of the best divisions in the company and awarded multiple JD Power awards.

A native Floridian, Brian was born and raised in Miami and studied at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He also attended Seminole Community College to become a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician. He then studied and earned his Florida Real Estate License.

Brian’s family has lived in The Villages since 2001. His parents, aunts, and uncles all followed each other here. For him, it has been amazing to see their lives blossom after they moved to The Villages. They are happier, healthier, and more active than ever before.

In his spare time Brian enjoys spending time with his beautiful girlfriend Danica, family, and friends. He also enjoys weightlifting, mixed martial arts, woodworking, boating, traveling, hiking, and music.

After moving back to Florida from New Mexico, he began his first year with Properties of The Villages and was quickly recognized as “Rookie of The Year”. Each year thereafter, he has been recognized for Sales Excellence as a top sales producer. In 2013, Brian was honored by The Villages for his success and dedication of serving others by naming a street after him, “Arango Way” in The Village of Antrim Dells, a first of its kind. As a result of his sales performance in 2019 and 2020, Brian was one of the first to be awarded a 2020 Lincoln Aviator. Brian is so grateful for his success, and knows it is also in large part from the incredible support he gets from his wonderful assistants Cory Gariepy and Shae Lee Brogan, as well as his team of licensed real estate professionals within Team Arango. Brian developed Team Arango; a group of hand-picked, top performing licensed real estate professionals who collaborate in exceeding the expectations of all of their clients.
